Jordan Ong, Founder of Piano Whiz Kids studio, Featured in upcoming Triumph Music Festival

In 2018, the Triumph Music Festival has attracted young musicians and their teachers from different states. Our guest artists from the 3rd largest city in USA, Houston will be performing again this year!

Dr. Sergey Kuznetsov has been Jordan Ong’s mentor since 2015. They have performed together at many world class venues such as Costa Rica National Theater, Kennedy Center, Kimmel Center, Bryn Mawr Cathedral and many others notable venue. They have taught and inspired many awards winning young pianists in their respective studios.

Sergey Kuznetsov started his musical education at the age of 5 at the Music School affiliated to the Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatoire and in 1998 was admitted to the Tchaikovsky Conservatoire to the class of an outstanding professor Mikail Voskresensky. In 2003 he was awarded his Diploma with High Distinction. In 2002 Sergey received the prestigious Lili Kraus Scholarship at TCU (Fort Worth, TX) and commenced his Artist Diploma studies with Professor Tamás Ungár.

Sergei completed his doctoral degree at University of Southern California in Los Angeles under the guidance of a legendary pianist Daniel Pollack.

A piano whiz kid that has garnered many international awards since age 5, including Asian Pillar for Outstanding Musical and Cinematic Artistry (2024) featured artist at the Palm Beach Festival (2024), 1st prize, Kirov Academy Piano Competition (2019), 1st prize, Russian Alliance Triumph Festival, (2018), 1st prize, Costa Rica National Piano Competition (2017). Jordan Ong has been a sought after artist in Asia, South America, United States, Canada and Europe. He has performed at many world class venues, such as the Kennedy Center, Kimmel Center and Cultural Center of the Philippines. As a Salesforce, AI computer scientist by day, and a top level concert pianist by night, Jordan straddles both worlds with equal ease and enthusiasm!
